Ben Patterson – Most of us have managed to avoid those ridiculous $10,000 cell phone bills that result from, say, trying to stream HD movies while roaming on international data networks, but what about those odd $10, $20, or even $100 overage charges you get from accidentally busting over your monthly bucket of voice minutes and/or text messages?
