I keep getting blocked off when I try and venture into Area 51. I have found a disturbing Area 51 Alien Interview on youtube detailing evidence of a real alien and a scientist giving evidence on alien technology.

If we assume that exrtaterrestrials are here on Earth, how can civilian scientists, professors, or the general public go about studying them? I would love to know more about alien society, alien biology, and extraterrestrial science/technology but I do not have an alien being who will talk to me, nor do I have a dead alien body, nor do I have any alien technology to examine.
