Answer by EsmereldaIt reduces the amount of water you use each time you flush so yes, it does help the environment. You don’t need a brick, though, most toilets have adjustable floats that accomplish the same thing.

The byproduct of hydrogen fuel cells is water vapor. Let’s pretend that every vehicle in America is powered by hydrogen say 10 years from now. That’s a lot of water vapor! What effect would it have?
