voluntarily slow down or stop in their efforts so Africans and Native Americans can catch up? Or should people interbreed worldwide so as to erase geographical differences in achievement, even though “races” do not exist? Perhaps there should be forcible migrations to even the score. Either way, the education and technology gap is intolerable. and especially unfair since no one group of people are any smarter than another.
