I suspect your "light bulb" is powered by the moronic assumption that a volume of gas has no pressure, and is the same as a vacuum. Even if you were to vaporize a small volume of water, the pressure of the vaporized water would still be the same, it would just occupy a larger volume. I hate to break it you, but an hour and a half a day is not enough. if he does not get enough exercise, he can and WILL escape.
