even-though i’am having a 2gb RAM, My system is always slow and the HDD light is always ON? what to do?

No Spywares, because just now formatted the whole system and still having the problem after restarting. and i’am havin Kaspersky anti virus 2011.

You’re running more programs than will fit in 2GB of RAM. Either run fewer programs or get more RAM. (You’re limited to being able to use about 3.8GB because you’re running a 32 bit system and 128MB of video RAM.)

If you are willing to try some thing different, I would recommend Ubuntu. It is a totally FREE operating system that is community maintained. Vista’s and 7′s minimum ram is 1GB (1024 MB) Ubuntu’s minimum ram is 64 MB. Ubuntu is safe fast and secure. You can download 32 or 64 bit versions at http://www.ubuntu.com Hope this helps
