B-the introduction of advanced electronic typewriters with word processing capabilities,which have replaced personal computers.

D-workers at all levels of an organization using a PC to do their jobs.

I’d have to say D in any office type job.
A in a small business that just got thier computers (but for a short while)
B in a grocery store.
and C for police and the government.
D is the FAR most prevailant though.

And also… a loss of some productivity time gained from workers using company PCs to shop online and play games when they should be working.
