In my opinion, CMU is tops out of the list you posted. Check out this list to see different rankings for computer science programs:

Make sure the Computer Science program is CAC/ABET-accredited. Some schools on your list do not have this accreditation.
Also, make sure you really want Computer Science. For many students, Software Engineering or Computer Engineering is a better choice.
