Your carbohydrate intake may be too low. A healthy lifestyle should be based around 40% protein, 30% low GI carbohydrates, and 30% healthy fats for weight-loss.
Carbohydrates are required for energy. The brain and body needs 5 grams of glucose every hour to function properly.
Take a multivitamin to make sure you’re getting all the essential vitamins and nutrients you need as well, most likely you are feeling low on energy from malnutrition.

More than anything else, SLEEP.
Believe it or not, although exercise is exhausting while you’re doing it, over time it make you have more energy.
Also, healthy foods like fruits and vegetables will give you an instant boost of energy.
Need a quick fix? There are energy shots called “5 hour energy” that give you an instant boost, and theres no crash and only a few calories.
