Question by Expert Answers™: What are some good undergraduate graphic design programs in Texas with Internships?
I am about to earn my associates degree in information technology and webmaster specialization within the next year but I am reading job descriptions and I am missing certain qualifications for a entry-level computer job in webmaster, web designer, or graphic designer. These are some of the skills I need:
Macromedia Flash
Macromedia Cold Fusion
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Freehand
Adobe InDesign
3D Studio Max
QuarkXpress

I am looking for answerers who are either students or recent graduates of a graphic design program with those following skills in Texas only!!! No fake posters please!

I will also be getting another Bachelor’s but in Computer Information Systems. So I am looking for something to get me started in the computer industry besides technical support.

I graduated with a degree in Communication Design (Graphic Design) from University of North Texas. It is a great program, definetly a lot of work though. I know the majority of those programs and I have a full time graphic design job. I graduated last May – I can answer any questions you have.
