The plane generates lift from the shape of the wings ( forms a low pressure area above the wing and the air pressure underneath the wing provides lift by trying to equalize the pressures by pushing up on the wing)
the amount of weight that can be lifted depends on the size and design of the wings and the amount of power generated ( the power helps based on ‘angle of attack’ as the nose lifts the engines pull -prop- or push -jet- the plane upwards ——and the faster it goes the more lift the wings generate )

Aerodynamics, velocity of the air passing underneath a wing being greater than the air passing over a wing causing lift

It’s not Technology – it’s Physics… a force called Lift…

Its the speed and the flaps. the flaps on the first to main wings are donw, and the back flaps are hogh up so it is stable and it is fast when it is takes off.
