Imagine designing a new building. What new technologies and efficiencies should be included in making the building? Given that green tech can be expensive, how can you a ( a rich CEO of the company) afford to incorporate these changes in future planning?

Yeah a lot of this is already happening because when you look at a building like a skyscraper, its going to be there a long time. For example the Empire State Building is about 80 years old. Now think of a new skyscraper being built today. All the little bits of energy saved over a period of 80 to 100 years it is really a massive amount of money for a 100 story building.
