Question by alages: How is light energy converted to chemical energy?
It is clear that light energy is converted to chemical energy during photosynthesis but I wish to get a clear data about this conversion.

Oh boy. Very complicated process to explain. Here is a link to a fantastic website I used throughout my biology education, the animation very clearly explains every step to photosynthesis and where every atom comes from/goes to.

On the left, click on “Photosynthesis,” then “Flash,” then click on “Photosystem II” and “Flash” to get a closer look
