Question by Bart S: Yahoo Blacklist removal?
I am the director of technology for a small rural hospital and we have been blacklisted by Yahoo and thus cannot send emails to any @yahoo address. I’ve read through many forums and even here on Yahoo Answers to figure out how to get off. I didn’t get very far. I did find a number for email support (web mail) and did call and they pointed me to email reportabuse@cc.yahoo-inc.com. I’ve done this, but I haven’t received a response from them. My hospital isn’t listed on any blacklist sites (as reported by http://dnsbl.info/). So, now what do I do?
