What’s a good career choice or college major for me?

Question by Margarita: What’s a good career choice or college major for me?
I’m very smart- 4.0 gpa
I want a job where i help people and make a difference
I don’t want a job in the medical field
I don’t want a job that mainly involves computers/technology (like computer programming)
I want a job where i wor with other people a lot.
Any suggestions?

Then again, what you choose to major in might not be what you end up doing…

You could choose a number of fields like becoming a teacher, psychologist, natural scientist…
The main thing is to find a career choice that you like doing, regardless of pay. You also might be surprised at what you choose. Also, be aware, in college you don’t have to declare a set major right away. You can fool around with a few majors and see what you enjoy most.
Just explore your options, and keep an open mind.

Lawyers— such as a family lawyer where you help people adopt, get divorces,etc…
Become a college professor or school teacher.
Real Estate agent
Psychologist
