What Effect Will Hydrogen Fuels Have OnThe World’s Water Supply?

Question by threecharliekilo: What Effect Will Hydrogen Fuels Have OnThe World’s Water Supply?
Hydrogen for fuel must be harvested from water molecules. If hydrogen fuels catch on, what sort of effects will it have on the world’s water supply? Will a substantial amount of the world’s water end up being used for fuel? Just as we face oil shortages will we one day face a water shortage?

Hydrogen as a fuel when consumed converts back to water therefore little or no impact on the water supply. Ocean salt water can be converted to hydrogen too. It’s the energy needed to convert the water to hydrogen as a fuel that will be its demise I assume. I believe researchers proposed using electrical nuclear power plants to generate hydrogen by splitting the water molecules, this was back in the 1980′s. They were going to place the power plants off-shore. Maybe some time in the future scientist will be able to harness electrical strikes (lightening) to power hydrogen fuel plants, maybe.

Hydrogen it not a fuel source. Energy is require to Create hydrogen

Actually, most hydrogen is produced from natural gas. Producing hydrogen from water requires a ridiculous amount of energy. Either way, hydrogen has almost zero future as a fuel .

Never fear, the world’s water supply is quite safe in regards to converting the water into hydrogen gas the byproduct is water.
Hydrogen is the ultimate fuel source, although there are many who would disagree with that statement. Doing the research we have discovered a way of generating hydrogen gas on a vast scale. Yes, as a matter of scientific fact, no man-made energy of any kind is required. Therefore, with an endless supply of absolutely free to produce hydrogen gas we could convert our entire internal combustion driven industry to run on it soon as long as that dirty politics and big oil interests are excluded.
However big oil and that do nothing Congress would no doubt object to that my friend, as you already know???

hydrogen is NOT a fuel..
2 it transports power fr4om natural gas.coal or other actual fuel..
3 water is not distroyed or created
