Food delivery needs to be improved. There is plenty of food but getting it to the hungry starving people is the trick. When you give a man a fish, you feed him for a day. When you teach a man to fish, you feed him and his family for a lifetime. Of course, where there are no fish, is not the place to teach fishing. Not only is the climate in flux, land once fertile is now desert. A farmers life is working with the nature of all these components. There are programs to bring water to the desert. To drill wells where water is deeper. To bring cookers that use little fuel to place that only have dung for fuel and so forth. Population controls are another way to keep the suffering from being cruel.
