whats the define for four characteristics of information technology : accuracy, timeliness, convinience, relevence which should be in all logistic and suplply chain management systems

I’m not sure I understand the question. The main purpose of logistics is to get the right item to the right place at the right time (and hopefully, at the right price). Based on that, accuracy and timeliness must be in all logistics and supply chains.

I’v worked with DHL and now am a consultant in Logistics
ANy system tat you have in place must be able to provide data and reports with great accuracy: down to the last shipment and the last cent
The capture od data and production of reports, like your transportation must be on time: punctuality is probably the most important aspect of the inductry
Convenience: its like while working on DOS and WIndows: it should not take 20 days to be able to train the user and him having to refer to a hundred documents to be able to work well.
relevance: there’s no use of having data that is irrelevant: for eg: a photograph of the shipment being scanned to the shipper is irrelevant: the Proof of Delivery is relevant.
