Question by Matthew: Is a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology going to to earn me a lot more than associates?
I have just about finished up a 2 year associates degree in electrical engineering technology, but am wondering if I should continue to get the 4 year bachelor’s degree in the field. Will the bachelor’s earn me a lot more money?

Go for the bachelor’s degree. A bachelor’s degree will help you get a job as an engineer versus a job as a technician. Engineers earn a lot more than technicians. The engineers where I work usually start at about ,000 with the experienced engineer making over 0,000. Technicians make ,000 – ,000.
