Hydrogen is liquid at about 24 degrees Kelvin. Ethanol would be frozen harder than a Green continental ice sheet caused by global cooling.
Mixing gas with liquid doesn’t work.

An oxidizer and a fuel? Not unless you like your ashes being spread over several counties. You also can’t switch back and forth between the two because they burn at very different temperatures and produce different pressures.

No. Hydrogen is a gas, ethanol is a liquid. It’d take basically 2 carburettors to do the job right.
