Question by david c: why are conservatives lying about hillary’s accomplishments?
She serves on the Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee; the Environment and Public Works Committee; the Special Committee on Aging; and she is the first New Yorker ever to serve on the Senate Armed Services Committee.
After the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, Senator Clinton worked with her colleagues to secure the funds New York needed to rebuild. She fought to provide compensation to the families of the victims, grants for hard-hit businesses, and health care for front line workers at Ground Zero. She continues to work for resources that enable New York to grow, to improve homeland security for New York and other communities, and to protect all Americans from future attacks. She has introduced legislation to provide for direct and threat-based homeland security funding to ensure that first responders and high-target communities have the resources they need.
To encourage business expansion, Senator Clinton co-sponsored legislation enacted in 2004 to extend tax credits to communities in regions designated as Renewal Communities. She has sponsored conferences and business development tours throughout the state aimed at attracting new investment; introduced legislation to increase access to broadband technology in rural areas; and serves as chair of the advisory board for New Jobs for New York.
Senator Clinton has spoken clearly about the importance of protecting our constitutional rights, respecting such landmark Supreme Court decisions as Roe v. Wade. Her commitment to supporting Roe and working to reduce the number of abortions, by reducing the number of unwanted pregnancies, was hailed by the New York Times as “frank talk… (and) a promising path.”
Strongly committed to making sure that every American has the right to vote in fair, accessible and credible elections – and that every vote must be counted, Senator Clinton introduced the Count Every Vote Act of 2005, to provide a verified paper ballot for every vote cast in electronic voting machines; set a uniform standard for provisional ballots, and require the Federal Election Assistance Commission to issue standards that ensure uniform access to voting machines and election personnel in every community.
thank you, elway the cat.

We’re not lying about anything. We’re pointing out the truthful facts that some people *cough cough you* are absolutely blind to. Quit trying to make her look like the savior of America: we can see through her phonieness. She’ll never win, so quit while you still have time.

Question by Ottawa Mike: Is the climate change issue really about a push for renewable energy? Here is the scenario as I see it: We are being told to reduce CO2 emissions because they will contribute to catastrophic anthropogenic global warming. To achieve that, we are basically being told (forced?) to reduce coal and oil

They are not. Is it a lie that she wants re-distribution the wealth? That’s all I need to know.
Conservatives don’t have to lie about her attempt to socialize medicine, or her wonderful investment savy that paid her off (I mean paid off), or her total flippy floppy over the war. The sound bites in her election will be quite fun to watch. I can hear it now…the “stand by your man” tune in the back ground.

She is amazing-we should be thankful she wants to serve.

Bill and Hillary set out to take over the American government 20 years before he became president. They are probably responsible for the terrorist attacks and the war, as this will help Hillary, the antichrist get elected.

because its all show she only belives in her gaining of power and changing America into a socized country.

How could we lie about what doesn’t exist. She has no accomplishments.

Go David, I’m your new fan, by God. You actually have facts, and don’t mind using them.
They lie about her because they’re scared to death she’s not only going to win the election, but that she’ll do a terrific job as President. They remind me of a bunch of rabid parrots.

You’re right, Hillary is a valuable asset to New York and you should keep her sorry @ss there, where she is appreciated !

big wow,…..that does not make her presidential material,…..she also voted for the war in Iraq,…..held the health care task force while she was first lady, got a fine for 13 million dollars, and the tax payer had to pay the fine,…..

Comrade Billary is a lying no good bitch who would just as soon sell you out for her own personal gain, if you liberals can’t see that then vote for her and see what happens.

all this looks just great in writing but, when push leads to shove, what has she REALLY accomplished? We aren’t lying about her but we do know the facts about her and she hasn’t accomplished anything to warrant her the Presidency!!!!!

I haven’t seen very many people lying about her accomplishments. I have seen a lot of criticism thrown her way, and most of it is deserved. She wants socialized medicine, (universal healthcare if you’re a liberal) higher taxes for more government programs, the fairness doctrine to eradicate conservative talk radio, our country to do whatever the United Nations says, and wrost of all, she wants violent video games outlawed. She’s trying to be chameleon and appear like a moderate to appeal to the masses, but once the primary rolls around she’ll be back to a full fledged bed-wetting liberal. I bet you a million dollars during the primary she changes her name back to “Hillary Rodham Clinton”. The worst thing about her though is how she thinks that all individual income is government property, and how she says “evil rich” and “filthy rich” and “richest americans” to justify raising taxes on people that make $200,000 a year which includes small business owners listing their total business revenues as personal income. She hates the idea of individuality, and in fact wants a world we we have to depend on government for everything. She thinks the average american isn’t smart enough to manage their money, so the government should do it for them. Under her old Hillary-care, you could be put in jail for using a private Doctor. She uses words to disguise their true meaning like “rolling back tax cuts for the richest americans” You either raise taxes or lower taxes, but she would never say raise taxes because in reality no one wants higher taxes, so she uses tricky language. She loathes the military and thinks that all soldiers came from poor families and are dumb. She stayed married to a horrible infidel husband to pursue political power. She has no idea how to run a military. She has been investtgated for committing several crimes while Bill was governor in Arkansas. She said that “we are the president” one time when a reporter questioned her. She has a reputation for being very mean and cold to her staff. She believes in the concept of the common good more than the concept of the individual. She moved to New York after being first lady because that’s the only state you don’t have to live in for several years to run for senate. She never spends any time with Chelsea and neglected her throughout her life because she was always concerned with her political career.
