This is a tough one to search for because all the terms (black, technology, education) are really broad. I tried narrowing the search by using queries like: “black women”, “teaching technology” yet still got too many random results. I’ve given the urls for two sites that may be of help. The first is the International Society of African Scientists (of African descent) and the second is one for Black Women in Mathematics. At both sites you can contact someone, maybe they can give you the names of some cool black techie teachers. Good luck!
