To play Sims 2 Pets, I need a certain graphics card. Do I have to buy a new card? Or how do I update mine?

My manufacturer is ATI technologies so…
Supported video cards for Sims 2 Pets for ATI are:

ATI Radeon(TM) series (8500 or better)
8500, All-In-Wonder 8500
9000, 9200, 9500, 9600, 9700, 9800
X300, X600, x700,X800, x850
X1300, X1600, X1800, X1900, X1950

Using DirectX Diagnostic Tool and going to “disply” I found this under “device” on my computer:

yes unfortunatly u need to buy new grafx card…256vram is minimum now for most games and will run abt 100$…if its a laptop there is no way to upgrade the vram….go to windows update and it should detect if drivers are out of date
