I don’t believe so. Overexposure to X-rays can lead to cancer. Such a technology would need a very powerful X-ray source (to penetrate feet of masonry, etc) and then you would need to shield the rest of the world from those X-rays (your dentist’s office probably has a layer of lead-lined sheetrock in any room with an X-ray machine). Probably the best thing available right now is thermal imagers. They can see through smoke and dust, but not walls.

Sure there is but it is more likely used by the government. Check out the new airport scanners that can see through clothes. This principle could just be amplified and used on a house i bet. Or another thing is a laser scanning robot or just a scanner used through a window could get a very very detailed 3-D picture.
