I have an IIS server with static web pages, I also have a VBA engine in MS Access (or excel) and I can generate text files (aka. HTML files) anytime I want, – and then write them to the IIS directory.
Sounds like a sufficient plan, send me an email to my obvious eMail address, – I’ll send you some code.

You can put data points inside the web page that query the database in those spots.
Example: There are 45 members in our group!
2 days pass…
There are 60 members in our group!
The spot where the number is has the database code. Pretty simple, once you know how. The part that would call the database will be PHP or ASP or JSP or Cold Fusion. I use PHP.
You can also use code in multiple pages where you can make changes to one and all pages are updated, likewise! AMAZING!
