Any current events on technology or education………..?

It’s important to me that irradiation is now being used to clean hands in a matter of seconds, perhaps even literally germ-free!
We could not do that before, even washing my hands thoroughly 3 times in a row!
Additionally, as the cost comes down, as they come to be affordable to the masses, imagine how that might prevent disease!
And in places where there is no clean water, like a camping trip, or the recent earthquake disasters where the Medical Professionals couldn’t even wash their hands!
That’s not counting how they can & are used in food processing, larger & smaller sizes, even in vacuums now!
Another that interests me a great deal is that someone has figured out wireless electricity!
Imagine the impact that may have, apart from cell phones & vacuums with no cord in the way… what about transmitting energy from where it is cleanly, abundantly generated, like thermals, ocean waves, indeed, even solar panels in space, a big problem has always been how to transport the electricity, now wireless!
There is more, but those 2 alone are very exciting to me, I look forward to good results.
